50 years old. Best shape of my life. Zero normal weeks.

I built and sold a 15-year fitness franchise and raised four kids. I never had the same week twice. Here's the system that got me here, built for people whose calendars don't cooperate.

Your schedule isn't the problem. Your plan is.

Most fitness advice assumes a 9-to-5. Same wake-up, same gym slot, same lunch. Founders don't get that. You've got a red-eye on Monday, a board meeting Wednesday, a kid's game at 4 and a fire to put out at 9 p.m.

So the plan breaks by Thursday, and you blame your discipline.

The fix isn't more willpower. It's a system that bends without breaking.

The framework

5 principles that do the heavy lifting

01

Choose a meaningful, specific goal

"Get in shape" isn't a goal. A number, a date and a reason that actually matters to you is. Everything works backward from there.

02

Make eating right the easiest choice

Willpower runs out by 3 p.m. Set it up so the right food is the one already in front of you: at home, at the office, on the road.

03

Progressive overload is undefeated

Not a perfect workout. A slightly harder one than last time. It worked at 30. It works at 50.

04

Put accountability around the goal

You don't run your company without a board. Don't run your body without one. Hire a coach and give someone permission to call you out.

05

Explore medical tools, with guidance

Peptides are the piece most founders haven't looked at. What I've used, what it's done for me, and why it only happens under a licensed provider.

Proof, not promises

This is 50.

No personal chef. No two-hour workouts. No 9-to-5. Just the same five principles, run on a founder's calendar.

Forrest's own results. Yours will be different.

Who's Forrest?

A founder first. The fitness guy second.

In 2010 I opened Iron Tribe Fitness. Over 15 years we grew it into a multi-location franchise, and in 2025 I sold it.

Now I own a Project LeanNation franchise: real-food meals, prepped and ready, for people who don't have time to cook.

Mendy and I have four kids. I've spent my whole career doing what you're doing: building a company while trying not to miss the stuff that matters at home.

Just you and Forrest. Here's what you'll cover:

  1. Your business and your real schedule. Not the ideal one.
  2. Where your health and fitness are today.
  3. Your goal and your deadline.
  4. Whether peptides or a GLP-1 are worth exploring. If so, you'll be pointed to a licensed provider who makes that call.
